A1. 2 x 14 kg
A2. 2 x 10 kg

10 rounds – I know that I should have rested in between training days but I knew I wouldn’t have time this weekend to train

2 x 12 Band torso twists
5 Deadlifts @ 135 lbs
3 x 5 Neutral grip pull-ups using the blue assistance band
