“The Foundation Program” – Week #4, Day 2

I have a compressed training week so I am switching Day 2 & 1 so that I wouldn’t have to do squats on two consecutive days.

A1. 2 x 10 kg
A2. 2 x 14 kg

15 Total rounds

Pull-ups
2 overhand grip
2 underhand grip
2 neutral grip
4 overhand grip with blue assistance band

5 Deadlifts @ 135 lbs
2 x 5 Hanging leg raises
