My favorite kettlebell instructor from Georgia wrote an article titled Program Design for General Physical Preparedness. The article reminded me about loaded carries – especially farmer walks.

Wheel of Pain
10 Reps

I hate this exercise because it usually makes my lower back ache. But, I followed the instructions in How to Correctly Do Ab Wheel Roll Out and no pain today!
