A light workout tonight because my knee is sore from treatment yesterday.

Foam rolling
Strength by Sara Joint mobility

10 Deadlifts (16 kg)
2 x 5 SLDL (12 kg)
3 Windmills (12 kg)

Circuit: 3 rounds
10 Swings (16 kg)
5 Push-ups
5 Double presses (2 x 12 kg)

Circuit: 2 rounds
20 Swings (16 kg)
5 Jerks (14 kg)
10 Renegade rows (2 x 12 kg)
