Total Body Blast, Week #2, Day 1

For A3, I switched out FS for GS starting last Friday. My knees started to ache at the end of the day so I think the FS were too much volume even though I liked the feeling of building up my quads.

I’ve noticed that my grip strength for A2 has gotten stronger!
