10 Swings (16 kg)
Walk up stairs with backpack
3 Push-ups with backpack
Walk down stairs with backpack
10 Swings (16 kg)

** I used a backpack with 25 lbs of sand – another option is to use an unopened bag of cat litter
** Make sure to take off the backpack when doing swings
** Total of 200 Swings!

Reverse & forward with 160 lbs + 1 Maine Coon Cat (26 lbs)
