Spin & Burn

I have signed up for a 50 mile bike ride in early October to raise money for a good cause. My longest bike ride to date has been 32 miles and this was a leisurely ride with food stops along the way.

I know that the worst part of the 50 mile ride will be saddle soreness. So, my plan is to help build up my tolerance by riding my bike/spinner at least twice a week.
