Just get moving again

After 2 days of skiing followed by 2 days of sitting in a car, my knees are sore. So, the goal of today’s workout is to just get moving again.

Hard rolling
Arm bars
Leg swings
Ankle mobility
Push-ups
Goblet squats (12 kg)
C&P (12 kg)
Reverse lunges (no weight)
