Session A

A – 8 reps with 10 kg

B – 13 rounds with 5 reps each

  • B1. 16 kg
  • B2. 10 kg

C – 16 kg

My favorite interval timer is the Tabata Pro timer. The timer allows you to specify a duration for preparation, work, and rest. The timer changes the screen color and starts beeping to alert you to get ready to start working. You can also listen to your own playlist during the workout.
