Tonight’s workout is brought to you by the number 3.

My mom had hip replacement surgery on June 17, 2013. Prior the surgery, she had been bedridden because of her injury. Her recovery from surgery has been slow. She was released from the hospital into a rehabilitation center because it was not safe for her to go home yet. She is currently moving with the aid of a walker. In order for her to come home, she must be able to climb 3 steps. Why 3 steps? Well, there are 3 steps from the garage floor to the first floor of her house. Yep, 3 steps.

Tabata – snatches with 10 kg

Circuit x 3
20 Two handed swings (16 kg)
5 Reverse Lunges with 10 kg overhead
10 Push ups

C&J with 14 kg – 3 minutes

Goblet Squats x 3 rounds
5 20 kg
5 16 kg
5 14 kg

12 kg Snatches – 3 sets of 5
