The dog was underfoot the entire time so I just stuck to the basics today. Fortunately, the dog is no longer afraid to come down the basement stairs so that is progress.

5 Rounds
5 Presses (12 kg)
5 Front Squats (12 kg)

3 x 5 Snatches (12 kg)
