I have had mixed success with reverse lunges this year. If I use a light weight (10 kg), I can sometimes do them without any problems. Tonight I was doing reverse lunges and the muscles in my left leg were really tight which caused my knee cap to not track properly (painful). I tried foam rolling but could not get rid of the tightness. Very frustrating!

My weight today was 118.1 lbs.
