I will be volunteering all day long during an open house with lots of junk food!

Here is what I am bringing with me today if I get the munchies. The Larabar is gluten free but is not dairy free and the cup cake is a Paleo pumpkin brownies with-pumpkin pie. I even made some of these to bring to offer to the guests.

I am making Paleo Comfort Foods Country Curry and adding left over turkey. It is simmering on the stove right now – I hope it tastes good. Update: It is really delicious!

I am thankful for my Paleo friends and the trainers who have helped me get stronger!

I seasoned the turkey with Civilized Caveman’s BBQ chicken mixture. My sister brought a wonderful glazed ham. My side dishes were butternut squash, carrots, deviled eggs and green bean casserole. I was not at all tempted by the dinner rolls. Now, the squash pie was another matter – one piece with a scoop of ice cream. Yes, this IS my cheat meal for the week.

Both of my knees felt great – no tightness or pain. I haven’t had time to use the spinner since I started my training plan and my quads have felt a little neglected.
