Fortunately, I have finally found a toy that will keep the hound occupied in the basement. We put pumpkin inside of the Kong and then inserted an dog chew in the middle – then put it into the freezer. Thanks to the kind folks at Central Dawgma for recommending this treat.

I finished the Whole30!

My starting weight was 114.9 lbs and my weight at the end was 111.1 lbs. I lost 3.8 lbs and dropped one pants size.

How did I celebrate this accomplishment? I bought 3 new pairs of pants for work!

The thing I missed most during the 30 days was creamer in my coffee. I actually started to enjoy black coffee and will be drinking it that way at work from now on.

I can’t believe that I didn’t have any chocolate for an entire month! I was surprised that I didn’t have any intense sugar cravings.
