First week of kettlebell juggling! Today I was swinging a 12 kg bell and did okay. I need to work on getting a symmetric rotation on the bell when I flip it. It takes a while to get used to flinging a kettlebell towards your body. If things don’t go right on the flip, then get the heck out of the way! Click here for video.
